CRUMBS
(ON DEMAND)

DIRECTED BY - Miguel Llansó

What is IndiePix On-Demand?

A post-apocalyptic, Surrealist science-fiction romance from Ethiopia is not something you come across every day. The Spaniard Llansó who lives in Addis Ababa embroiders on his fascinating short film Chigger Ale and again finds Daniel Tadesse willing to play the lead.

After making several striking short films, Ethiopia-based Spaniard Miguel Llansó has now realised his first feature film, Crumbs. Just as in his previous work, the protagonist in this romantic, Surrealist science-fiction epic is played by unique small actor Daniel Tadesse.

Clever, yet not as clever as his journey
wandering and wondering where is he going -- and why
but the reason
is like no other but a journey of gifts, omens and symbols
...a long journey
a cold one, challenging our little friend
to discover that the farther he goes
the closer he's getting to
understanding his ever changing world, the people in it
and what one universally values,
love
peace
purpose.

This is the type of film you can watch over and over
leaving you with more questions
than answers.

Great film!
