City Bleach is an activist video work from 2002. In this work, black & white stills of Times Square mutate as all commercial spaces are bleached out, leaving vast white, empty areas.
In 2003 it won the first prize in Adbusters magazine's video competition and has since been exhibited in Black Lab gallery in Seattle, and at the Darklights film festival in Dublin Ireland. The soundtrack was composed by Israeli musician, Adam Aboulafia.
