In conjunction with FirstGlance Films, IndiePix is pleased to offer this compilation DVD of popular films from the 2005 Philadelphia and Hollywood festivals.

ON THE COUCH: Faith Weinstein endures the worst day of her young life in the discomfort of her living room, on the couch. Parent's divorce imminent, job is lost, girlfriend cheated and is dumping her, sister is a druggie, her mind begins to slip away. Building blocks of a dark place. No escape. The couch. The over drama of it all is enough to make a girl do something extreme. Death? Isn't that a little much? Find out as you sit and watch, on the couch.

LIFT: Jordan (Drago Sumonja) is the best pickpocket in Los Angeles. He recently took on a young apprentice or "staller" (Kelly Cohen) to teach her the ropes and to use her as a distraction for his "lifts." When his latest victim, an attractive young woman names Sarah (Jennifer Morrison) walks into a twenty-four hour diner, he simply has to talk to her. To Jordan, she's a "mark" – but they have more in common than either may realize.

GOD'S HAND: GOD'S HAND is the coming of age story of the "Royalty" crew. A trio of young Brooklyn-based artists, immersed n the subculture of graffiti, witness their finest mural being torn down by sanitation crews just as they are about to take photos for an international competition. From evading police, to stereotypes, to a culminating triumph, GOD'S HAND brings a fresh look to the term "struggling artist" in New York.

MERIDIEM: A detective (Drago Sumonja) finds himself in the middle of an age-old battle that could tip the balance of power/time eternally. There's little time to keep the Boss Man (Johnny Ray Nelson) and his ruthless henchmen, the Chameleon (Kirk Douglas Kellier), from covering the world in darkness. His only hope is his intuition and his once lost love, the Damsel (Madison Bauer), now a trophy and pawn of the Boss Man.

MYRON: Myron Jansky, age 30, sleep walks through life. He lives the sort of canned existence that is utterly uninspiring. In one day's time, he will be run over by a truck and killed. Through a series of chance events he meets a woman, Charlene, and experiences a taste of the desires, dreams, loves, and aspirations that have been so sorely lacking in his life. MYRON is both a tragic and comedic look at life and existence.
