Arthur Dong

Arthur Dong's films have been honored with over 100 international awards, including three Sundance awards, an Oscar nomination, five Emmy nominations, the Berlin Film Festival's Teddy Award, two GLAAD Media Awards, and the Peabody Award. He has been selected for prestigious film fellowships from the Rockefeller Foundation, the Guggenheim Memorial Foundation, the American Film Institute, and the National Endowment for the Arts. Mr. Dong currently serves as a Governor of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, representing the Documentary Branch, and is in post production on a documentary tracing the social and cultural history of the Chinese in Hollywood.
